ASRB NET 2021 - ASRB has postponed the ASRB NET 2021 exam slated to be held from June 21 to 27, 2021 in online mode. New ASRB NET exam dates 2021 will announced soon. Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) had released the ASRN NET notification in online mode on March 30, 2021 at asrb.org.in. The ASRB ET application form 2021 was released on April 5, 2021 by the Board. Earlier the last date for form submission was April 25, which was extended to May 10, 2021. In order to apply for ASRB NET 2021, applicant must be of 21 years of age and have a master’s or equivalent degree from any university/ college recognized by the government of India. ASRB NET 2021 is conducted for one paper having 150 objective type questions in online mode. To qualify ASRB NET 2021, candidates have to obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the ASRB NET 2021 written exam. ASRB NET is held for determining the eligibility for the post of Assistant Professor/ Lecturer in the State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) and Agricultural Universities (AUs). The exam pattern of ASRB NET 2021 is prescribed by the exam conducting body. ASRB 2021 exam pattern will have important information about the exam like nature of questions, marking scheme, mode of exam, time duration, etc. As per the exam pattern of ASRB 2021 , there will be one paper conducted for 150 objective type questions. Candidates will have to complete the exam within two hours. One-third of marks will be deducted for any wrong answer whereas each correct answer will be given 1 marks. The ASRB NET 2021 syllabus includes the topics from where the questions will be asked in the exam. By following ASRB NET syllabus 2021 candidates can prepare well for both the exam. The syllabus will be based on the subjects that candidates have selected from a list of 57 subjects. Some of the subjects are - Economic Botany & Plant Genetic Resources, Animal Biotechnology, Dairy Microbiology, Agroforestry, Environmental Science, Veterinary Anatomy etc.
The admit card of ASRB NET 2021 will be released in online mode for all the candidates who have successfully submitted the application form. ASRB NET admit card 2021 will have details related to exam centre address, name and roll number of the candidate, exam date and time, exam day instructions etc. The exam authority will not send any hard copy of ASRB NET 2021 admit card through the post. Along with the admit card 2021 , candidates will have to carry any one of the identity proof (Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card) to the exam centre.
ASRB may or may not release the answer key of ASRB NET as the exam will be conducted in online mode. The answer key of ASRB NET will contain correct answers to the questions asked in the exam. By comparing their answers with that of ASRB NET answer key 2021 , candidates will be able to calculate their probable score in the examination.
ASRB will declare the result of ASRB NET in online mode. Candidates can check their result by entering roll number and date of birth in the login window. ASRB NET result 2021 contains information related to the registration number, subject applied for, number of correct and incorrect answers, marks obtained, percentage and cutoff marks for the respective category. Only those candidates who qualify in ASRB NET will be issued the NET certificate and they will be eligible to apply for the post of Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) and Agricultural Universities (AUs).
ASRB NET cut off is the minimum qualifying marks that the candidates have to score in order to to be eligible for the post of Assistant Professor/Lecturer. Every year, the Agriculture Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) provides application for ASRB NET, also known as ICAR NET (Indian Council of Agriculture Research NET), which is conducted to recruit Lecturers or Assistant Professors in State Agricultural Universities and other Agricultural Universities.
