To be eligible for NDA exam candidates must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age. Candidates having appeared or appearing in class 12 (10+2) examination is eligible can apply for NDA exam. Male unmarried candidate with age band of 16.5 to 19.5years are eligible for 2019 NDA exam. 

Candidates in 12th or who hav epassed 1wth ar eligible  

Since you dont meet age and education qualifications you're not eligible.
