The eligibility criteria of NDA is prescribed by UPSC and it includes parameters based on age limit, educational qualification, and physical standard. To apply for NDA, the candidate must be between 16.5 and maximum 19.5 years of age. So you are not eligible to apply for NDA.

Practise very hard every day of the year.
Take a number of mock tests.
