SSC CPO Selection Procedure 2020 - SSC conducts SSC CPO 2020 exam in four stages for the recruitment of applicants as Sub-Inspector in armed forces. SSC CPO 2020 selection procedure comprises written exam, PST/PET, and medical examination. According to the Staff Selection Commission CPO selection procedure 2020, candidates first need to appear for paper 1. Applicants who qualify for paper 1 of SSC CPO will be called for Physical Standard Test/ Physical Endurance Test. SSC CPO Selection Procedure 2020 - Paper 1
Candidates who successfully fill SSC CPO application form have to appear for paper 1 of SSC CPO. Paper 1 will have 200 multiple choice questions. SSC CPO paper 1 comprises four sections - General Knowledge and General Awareness, General Intelligence and Reasoning, English Comprehension and Quantitative Aptitude. SSC CPO Selection Process 2020 - Paper 2
Qualified candidates will be called for paper 2 of SSC CPO. As per the exam pattern, SSC CPO paper 2 will be objective type with 200 questions. Candidates who clear paper 2 will be called for DME. SSC CPO Selection Process 2020 For Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
The SSC CPO detailed medical exam will be conducted on the basis of certain parameters. The exam authorities will conduct DME on the basis of eye sight, seven obstacle events, tattoo policy, etc. For more details, candidates can check below.
The minimum near vision should be N9 (worse eye) and N6 (better eye).
The minimum distant vision should be 6/9 (worse eye) and 6/6 (better eye).
All standards should be without any correction like wearing glasses or surgery of any kind to improve visual acuity.
In a right handed person, the right eye is better and vice versa.

Candidates must not have varicose vein, knock knee, flat foot, or squint in eye and they should possess high colour vision.
Candidates must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect.
Content: Tattoo depicting figures or religious symbol and the name, as followed in Indian Army is permitted.
Location: Tattoos marked on traditional sites of the body like inner aspect of forearm but only left forearm, dorsum of the hands or being non saluting limb or will be allowed.
Size: It should be less than 1/4th of the particular part (Elbow or Hand) of the body.
Resolution of ties in SSC CPO
In case two candidates obtain the same final score then Staff Selection Commission will opt for resolution of ties method. The tie will be resolved by applying the method given below one after another.

It is difficult to predict the cut as it depends on various factors like number of applicants appeared, difficulty level of exam, number of posts available etc. In 2019 the cut off OBC female candidates was 97.78 marks and for OBC male candidates the cut off was 91.28 marks.
