Indian Coast Guard Navik 2021 - Indian Coast Guard Navik result has been announced on March 31, 2021. The Join Indian Coast Guard under the Ministry of Defence has activated the exam city intimation of the exam for Navik and Yantrik posts on March 10, 2021. The admit card of Indian Coast Guard Navik and Yantrik posts will be released 3 days before the commencement of the exam at its official website - joinindiancoastguard.gov.in. Candidates can download the admit card of Indian Coast Guard Navik 2021 by using their registration ID and date of birth. The online application form and notification was released from January 05 to 19, 2021 in online mode on the official website. Candidates between 18 to 22 years of age who have passed 10+2 with Maths and Science are eligible to appear for Indian Coast Guard Navik 2021 General Duty posts. A scanned image of the photograph and signature also needed to be upload in the online application of Navik 2021. The test will be conducted at various centres in 19 cities across the country. Indian Coast Guard Navik recruitment exam comprises – written exam, physical fitness test and a medical examination. Candidates selected for this post have to undergo training at Indian Naval Ship (INS) Chilka. Indian Coast Guard Navik 2021 result has been released on March 31, 2021. Candidates can check their Indian Coast Guard Navik 2021 result in the form of a PDF on the official website. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the final medical examination at INS Chilka. All the final shortlisted candidates will be eligible to undergo a training programme conducted by the exam conducting body.
Candidates can download the admit card of Indian Coast Guard Navik 3 days before the commencement of the exam in online mode from the official website. To download the Indian Coast Guard Navik 2021 admit card, candidates will have to use their registration number and date of birth. The admit card will contain details related to the candidate and the examination like name, the application number, post applied, exam date and time, centre details etc. Candidates must download the admit card of Indian Coast Guard Navik 2021 and bring it to the exam centre on the day of examination.

Candidates were able to fill the application form of Indian Coast Guard Navik 2021 from January 05 to January 19, 2021, for the Ground Duty posts in online mode. While filling the application form of Indian Coast Guard Navik 2021, candidates had to select the post of their choice and fill in the basic details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, age etc. Candidates also had to upload a photograph and signature while filling up the form as per the specifications. Before filling the application form, candidates must keep their photo and signature in the prescribed specification for uploading in the application form of Indian Coast Guard Navik. Select the post of Navik General Duty
Fill in the basic details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, email and phone number.
Also, put the exact percentage of marks obtained in class 12 and this should not be rounded off.
Select any one centre.
Candidates have to upload a photograph and signature in JPEG format. The size of the photograph and signature should not exceed 40 kb and 30 kb respectively.
Fill up all the star marked entries, all those are compulsory.
After filling up all the details, go through the form once again before clicking the submit button.
On successful submission of the application, a unique application/registration number will appear. Candidates must note down this number for future reference.
Note: The candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth should not differ from that on the class tenth certificate.

Age Limit for Indian Coast Guard Navik - 18 to 22 years
Candidates applying for General Duty (GD) and Domestic Branch (DB) must be between 18 to 22 years of age. However, candidates belonging to the reserved categories have been given certain age relaxation.

Aspirants of Indian Coast Guard Navik (GD) 2021 have to go through three stages of recruitment.
Written Test
Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Fitness in Medical examination
Written Exam - Candidates will be shortlisted for the written test on the basis of the higher percentage of marks obtained in class 10th and 12th respectively.
Physical Fitness Test And Medical Examination- Candidates who qualify for the written test have to go for a Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and initial medical examination. The medical examination will be conducted by authorized Military Doctors as per the medical standard prescribed. The whole process will take up to 2 days.

Candidates are trained at INS Chilka for 24 weeks.
The basic training will commence followed by sea and professional training.
Also, Navik has to go through afloat training for 3 months followed by Cadre training.
The training period will depend upon the cadre and may vary from 4-6 months.
Candidates will be trained at INS Chilka for 15 weeks.
Also, they have to undergo basic sea and professional training followed by afloat training for 3 months and 6 months branch training at INS Hamla in Mumbai.
On joining the Indian coast guard, candidates will be given basic pay of Rs. 21700/-. They will also be given Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on the place of posting and duty as per the rules and regulation.
