BSTET 2020 Dates - Application Form

The examination body is expected to release the BSTET 2020 application form on September 1 in online mode on its official website. Candidates holding a graduation degree will be able to fill the application form within the allotted time frame mentioned in the BSTET important dates 2020. Along with the filling of the application form, candidates must also pay the requisite application fee in online mode as per their category. The application form must be filled in the following steps:

BSTET Important Dates 2020 - Admit Card

All those candidates who will successfully fill the application form will be issued the admit card of Bihar state teachers eligibility test. As per the BSTET 2020 dates, the admit card will be issued in November in online mode on the official website. Candidates will be able to download the Bihar TET admit card 2020 by using the login credentials. Candidates will find details like candidates’ name, address, date and time of exam, details of examination centre etc mentioned on the BSTET admit card. Candidates will have to carry the admit card on BSTET exam date 2020 along with one of the prescribed photo ID proof in original and a photocopy of the same. The last date to download the admit card will be the date of the examination.

Bihar TET Result Dates 2020

BSEB will announce the result of BSTET/BTET/BETET 2020 on December 27 (tentatively). The result will be announced for both papers - paper I and II in online mode. To download the Bihar TET result, candidates will have to enter their ten-digit roll number and date of birth. The result will contain the name, roll number, registration number, marks secured by the candidates, and the qualifying status. All those candidates securing the minimum qualifying marks will be considered qualified and will be awarded with the TET eligibility certificate. To download the BSTET result, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:

For Bihar TET paper 2 which is for Upper Primary level classes (6 to 8) teachers , the academic eligibility required is :

a) A candidate must be a graduate and must be enrolled in the first year of a two-year training in primary education.

OR

b) Must be a graduate with minimum 50% marks, and enrolled in the first year of B. Ed .

OR

c) Must hold a graduation degree ( BA , B.Com , B.Sc , BBA , BCA , B.Tech etc.) with minimum 45% marks in B.Ed according to National Teacher Education Council.

OR

d) A candidate must have passed 12th with minimum 50 percent marks and must be a 4 years old elementary education graduate (BLA) or a candidate of last year.


Unfortunately , according to the criteria you are not eligible for Bihar TET 2nd paper.

There are two types of exam for the TET Exam:-

Eligibility  for paper 1

  • Candidates who have passed the Senior Secondary Exam or any equivalent exam with 50% of marks and also those who have passed or appearing or in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education can apply for the exam.
  • Those who have cleared Senior Secondary Exam or equivalent exam with 50% marks and those who have passed or appearing or in the final year of 4 years in Bachelors of Elementary Education.
  • Candidates who have passed graduation and passed or appearing for the final year of the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Eligibility for paper 2

  • Candidates who have passed graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education.
  • Those candidates who have passed graduation with at least 50% of marks and are appearing or have passed the 1st year of B.Ed.
  • Aspirants who have cleared the Senior Secondary Exam with 50% and those who have passed or appearing for the final year of B.EI.Ed is eligible.
  • Candidates who have passed or appearing for the final year of 4 years integrated course BA, B.ED, B.Sc, B.Ed or any other equivalent course can apply for this part.

It's not clear from your question what exactly is your query, as you've tagged Bihar TET, I'm providing information on this.

Bihar TET is condemned by BSEB for recruitment of teachers at primary level. There are two papers in this exam;  Paper I is for teaching classes I to V, and Paper II is for classes VI to VIII.
