About Bihar TET 2019
Bihar School of Examination Board conducts Bihar TET (Teachers Eligibility Test) in offline mode in order to check candidates' eligibility for the appointment as teachers for primary as well as elementary classes. As per the exam conducting body, the exam is conducted for two papers - Paper I (Class I to V) and Paper II (Class VI to VIII). Candidates who qualify BETET are awarded TET eligibility certificates using which they can apply in governments as well as in private schools of Bihar. Bihar TET 2019 was conducted on January 28, 2020 but the exam was cancelled due to leakage of question papers. The new dates have been released by the BSEB on August 11, 2020. As per the new dates, the exam will now be held from September 09 to 11, September 14 to 18 and on September 21, 2020.

Bihar School of Examination Board releases the application form of BTET in online mode. Candidates who wish to appear for the BTET exam must know the detailed procedure in order to avoid any error in the application form. Before applying for BTET, candidates must go through the eligibility criteria and make sure that they fulfill the educational requirements. BTET application process includes registration, uploading of photograph and signature, filling up of important details, uploading of required certificates, and payment of application fee using Debit Card/ Credit Card, Net Banking, and E-challan. After completing all the process, candidates will have to submit the BTET application form and take its printout and save it for future reference.

Bihar TET Paper 1 Exam Pattern
In the paper I, there will be five sections including two language papers. Candidates have to opt for two different languages in language I and II.

BETET Exam Pattern 2019 - Paper - II
Paper II will be conducted for 150 marks and there are four sections out of which there will be two language section. All the appearing candidates will have to select two different language in the language I as well as II.

The admit card of BTET 2019 is issued by the exam conducting body for both the papers (I and II). The admit card is released in online mode and can be downloaded by entering registration number/ roll number and date of birth and password. BTET admit card contains details like name, roll number, category, photograph and signature, timing of exam, and address of the exam centre. Candidates have to carry one photo identity card such as Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card and Passport along with the BTET admit card.

Bihar School of Examination Board releases the answer key of BTET in online mode. Using the answer key of BTET, candidates can check the correct responses to the questions asked in the examination. Based on the correct and incorrect answers, candidates can calculate their probable score.
The result for both the papers (I and II) will be declared by the exam conducting body likely to be in online mode or in the form of PDF. Candidates can access their result by entering login credentials like registration number/roll number and date of birth and password. BTET 2019 result contains details like the name of the candidate, roll number, category, and total marks secured.

Can I give Bihar TET 2nd Paper with having Graduation and D.ED?
Hello,
For Bihar TET paper 2 which is for Upper Primary level classes (6 to 8) teachers , the academic eligibility required is :
a) A candidate must be a graduate and must be enrolled in the first year of a two-year training in primary education.
OR
b) Must be a graduate with minimum 50% marks, and enrolled in the first year of B. Ed .
OR
c) Must hold a graduation degree ( BA , B.Com , B.Sc , BBA , BCA , B.Tech etc.) with minimum 45% marks in B.Ed according to National Teacher Education Council.
OR
d) A candidate must have passed 12th with minimum 50 percent marks and must be a 4 years old elementary education graduate (BLA) or a candidate of last year.
Unfortunately , according to the criteria you are not eligible for Bihar TET 2nd paper.

How I can Qualifide the TET Exam
Dear Aspirant
person who scores at least 60% in the TET exam will be considered to have passed the exam. TET exam by nature is a qualifying exam in multiple-choice format ( MCQ ).
There are two types of exam for the TET Exam:-
- Paper 1 – For candidates planning to teach the students of classes I – V

Eligibility for paper 1

- Those who have cleared Senior Secondary Exam or equivalent exam with 50% marks and those who have passed or appearing or in the final year of 4 years in Bachelors of Elementary Education.
- Candidates who have passed graduation and passed or appearing for the final year of the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
Eligibility for paper 2
- Candidates who have passed graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education.
- Those candidates who have passed graduation with at least 50% of marks and are appearing or have passed the 1st year of B.Ed.
- Aspirants who have cleared the Senior Secondary Exam with 50% and those who have passed or appearing for the final year of B.EI.Ed is eligible.
- Candidates who have passed or appearing for the final year of 4 years integrated course BA, B.ED, B.Sc, B.Ed or any other equivalent course can apply for this part.

Bihar TET is condemned by BSEB for recruitment of teachers at primary level. There are two papers in this exam; Paper I is for teaching classes I to V, and Paper II is for classes VI to VIII.
