Are you asking for IAS eligibility? You can choose any of the stream in class 11th. There is no any specific field for it you can apply for IAS with any of the stream.

In, 2018 it is expected that there will be only one entrance exam for engineering for all state and private level colleges except IITs.

 

You can prepare according to CBSE syllabus. First, you should complete your NCERT books.

Yes you can but before that focus on your graduation degree. You can do in sociology, pol science etc as these subjects will help you.

Aim at scoring 60% and above atleast.
