See UPSC conduct exams Like IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, IES and many more...
For IES exam only engineering candidate eligible... and they can also apply for IAS/ IPS/IFS/IRS exam too...
Other graduate candidates can apply all UPSC exams except IES (becoz it needs engineering degree).

But I think B.Pharmacy have better scope as a backup plan coz in agriculture department there are very fewer opportunity as lack of vacancies
