After doing btech in instrumentation and control engineering can I apply for IAS or IES and what are future prospects.

Hello,

yes, you can apply both for Indian Administrative Services (IAS) and Engineering Services Examination (IES/ESE). For appearing in the mains exam of IAS you have to choose Electrical Engineering. In IES, you have to choose Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.

For Govt jobs, you can give Gate exam as through that you will get 2 benefits. First one, you can have chance to get recruited in PSUs or you can go for M.Tech as well.

First step required for joining as Income Tax Inspector or Tax Assistant is to qualify Combined Graduate Level examination. After that, personal interview is there for Income Tax Inspector post and Skill test is there for Tax Assistant post.

I would suggest you to look at your interest area like if it's "study of PLANTS" then go for BSc Agriculture and if study of Drugs then go for Pharmacy. 

So above of all you can consider Bsc in Biotechnology. Biotechnology is one of the fastest growing fields and professionals

After 12th you need to first enroll yourself for a graduation program as per your interest, as it is the minimum qualification for IAS preparation. After that

You will have to crack the Civil Services Examination conducted by the UPSC . It is conducted in 3 stages
