Jamia milia Univesity, New delhi provides coaching for the IAS along with all the courses they provide. However they conduct examination for the selection, there result have been pretty good in the recent years in UPSC selections. Other than that, there are no such significant college or Univesity

You might like to go for Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) as in B.A. you can take History, Political Science, Geography and Economics as main subjects as they will also help you in the exam preparation.
So B.A. would be more helpful than any other course
