As you did M.Sc. in Geography you will have to apply for ugc net geography. Earth science is a different subject. Those who are pursuing M.Sc. in Geology or Earth science can apply for csir net earth science.

The eligibility criteria for the UGC NET examination states, the aspirant need to pass Post graduate course in any stream with 55% marks. For a JRF aspirant, the aspirant must have a age less than 30 years, in order to be eligible for the Junior Research Fellowship.
As you have near about 80% in your PG, then obviously you are eligible for the Environmental Science paper of UGC NET examination.

Since you have completed MSc in Zoology, you are more suited to appear for CSIT NET for life science, the eligibility criteria regarding this is passed master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university, the required aggregate of 55% for UR/OBC, in case of SC/ST/PwD there is relaxation of 5%, and the age limit is 28 years as on 1st January of the appearing year, relaxation is offered to following applicants;

As you have completed MSc in physics, then you will obviously have to appear for the NET Physics paper.
On the basis of NET score, you can expect to get a research position (PhD admission) to different colleges/universities all over India and get the Junior Research Fellowship. Another is if you don't clear the JRF then you will get the NET lecturship qualified.

No, a B.Ed. is not compulsory to become a lecturer. If you have cleared UGC Net exam, then you are required to enroll in a Ph.D. programme.
You can also enroll in a M.Phil. programme. A Ph.D. is considered as a higher level degree than M.Phil. In order to appear in UGC NET examination, you must have cleared your master's degree examinations or appearing in final year examination.
You can conduct independent research and get employed in colleges and universities as a Lecturer. You may also read a career as a Teacher .
B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is not necessary to become a college professor. But if you want to become a associate professor in a B.Ed college then you should have B.Ed and M.Ed degree. Other than this, B.Ed is only necessary to become a teacher.
And, to become a professor, you must have basic general qualifications : PhD/ NET (National Eligibility Test)/ SLET (State Level Eligibility Test)/ Field Expertise/ Experience.
