Yes, after clearing NDA exam, candidates have to go through Physical/Medical Test. Physical test is conducted only for candidates who have been shortlisted by SSB.
The second part of your answer is a bit unclear. I'm assuming you want to what are the conditions required or to be precise, the procedure of the physical test.
So these are some of the medical tests conducted by the board - b lood test, urine test, chest x-ray, e ar, nose & tongue(ENT) test, eye check up, dental check up, general medical test like height, weight, blood pressure, heartbeat, and s urgical examination.

There are certain eligibility criteria that one has to fulfil to be able to write the National defence academy/Naval Academy or NDA/NA examination.
• Academic wise eligibility criteria is-
Candidates must be 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
******** Most of the time age is the deciding factor for eligibility. Now the age wise eligibility criteria is that the candidate must be between 16.5 to 19.5 years of age.
Also for the NDA 2022 examination the DOB of the candidates for the two attempts is as following-
• NDA -1, 2024
DOB Between - 2nd July 2003 to 1st July , 2005
• NDA - 2, 2022
DOB Between- 2nd January , 2004, to 1st January , 2007
******* If we consider the same parameter for the year 2024 then you can attempt both NDA I and NDA II in the year 2024.
------ For NDA II in the year 2024, Candidate must be born between 2nd January 2006 - 1st January 2009

For NDA 2023 examination, a student need to have age between 16.5 years to 19.5 years. For the NDA-1, the candidate will required to be born between 2 July 2004 to 1 July 2007. For the NDA-2, the candidate will be required to born between 2 January 2005 to 1 January 2008.
As you see, you have born some months before the required age range, you won't be eligible for the NDA 2023.

To appear for NDA 1 2023 a candidate must not be born earlier than July 2, 2004 and not later than July 1, 2007. The age must be in between 16.5 to 19.5 years as the time of commencement of the course. Considering the date of birth criteria you are not eligible to apply for NDA 1 2023. Your last attempt would be NDA 2 2022.
To appear for NDA a candidate must have passed or appearing in 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board. Candidates who have passed or appearing 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry are eligible to select INA, IMA and AFA. Candidates who have passed or appearing 10+2 with any other subjects are eligible to apply for IMA only.
Candidates who want to take pursue Bachelor of Computer Applications programme must have completed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board. And t he minimum age limit of the candidate must be 17 years. However, the eligibility criteria slightly varies from colleges to colleges.
Regarding your second query, I think you should come to a decision by yourself. You should pursue the course in which you're interested.

As per your mentioned query no, you can not write NDA examination while studying in 11 class.
According to UPSC eligibility criteria for NDA examination the candidate should have passed or appearing in class 12.

According to the specified DoB, you will be qualified for NDA 2023.

NDA or National Defense Academy Examination is a National Level Exam that is conducted each year by the UPSC Union Service public Commission.
• The Exam conducted two times each year.
• After Qualifying this examination, candidates get eligible to participate in SSB and subsequently for admission in the Indian Military, Indian Navy, and Indian Air force.
• Qualified candidates will be selected for the interview, medical and other rounds.
