Female candidates are not allowed to apply for NDA exams dear.
NDA is conducted twice a year only for male candidates.
But, if you wish to serve the nation, then you can apply in CDS exam for OTA (Officer's Tranning Academy ).

As you ask if bio student are applicable for NDA exam.... so yes you are applicable for NDA but only for army.
But you are not applicable for airforce or made for airforce and Navy a candidate must be from PCM.

Well, there is no such number of attempts limit in NDA Exam but yeah there is an age limit. The age of the candidate must be between 16.5 to19.5. So, if you're born in 2001, then your age must be 18 years.
