Yes you can do engineering through NDA but you can only apply for Navy of Airforce. All you need to do is apply for National Defence Academy after passing 12th Standard with PCM subjects. The selection procedure is based on Written Examination, Medical Test, and then Personal Interview.

You will require your 10th and 12th marksheet of a recognised board. Then you will also need your birth certificate along with your Domicile certificate. You might need your category certificate as well if you belong to some reservation like SC/ST certificates. And you'll also need Medical certificate.
