It usually not happens in any case but ok if it happened I suggest you to go to ssb centre on the specified date and give your ssb. After reaching that place you can simply inform the officials about it . They are having list with them

You get the result after 2-2.5 months.
SSB call if you are selected.
Then after about a month you head to the SSB center accoridng to the call.

This depends on the cadets ,in which field one would get to serve the nation. 

Actually youngsters are not given desk jobs in NDA . Mainly high ranked officers and the one who has served for long time gets desk job.
