Yes the certificate of merit or be it any officials it is always valid till all the information regarding the same is not updated. So its absolutely okay with it it. You just need to carry it to the official and make them checked and verified. Good luck!

Yes definitely you can appear for ibps po exam, there will not be any problem in future because as per the eligibility criteria for ibps po, students those who are in final year of graduation can appear for ibps po. So work hard if you wanted to be probationary officer in the bank.

The Basic eligibility criteria to apply for IBPS PO exam is one must have passed graduation from a recognised Board of University. As you are in the fonfi year of Btech you are not allowed to give the Exam. If you just want to write , it may effect in the future. Better give the exam after your graduation.

Both are common written examination conducted by IBPS.
IBPS RRB exam is conducted in 2 phases.
1) Online Ojective Type Paper
2) Interview
IBPS PO exam is conducted in 3 phases
1) Preliminary Exam
2) Mains Exam
3) Interview
In you will be posted in rural banks while in IBPS PO you will be in nationalised bank. Base salary is same , but perks may be different.
In RRB Less work load but limited career growth as well in comparison to.
