No, you are not eligible for apply IBPS PO. According to the rules, The minimum age of candidate should be 20 and maximum age should be 30. The candidate who born earlier than 1 august 2000 then He/ she can apply for IBPS PO 2020.

Yes , you can definitely apply for both IBPS PO. The eligibility criteria for IBPS PO  with respect to educational qualification is that, a candidate must have done graduation in any discipline or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
