The age limit for IBPS PO exam is that the candidate must have been born on or later than August 02, 1989 and on or earlier than August 1, 1999.So unfortunately,you will not be eligible for the exam.Take it light and try for other exams.

It's good that you want to prepare for banking too along with the preparation of cet. See cet syllabus has quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning which is also there in sbi po or clerk so if you want you can prepare for it you'll be on a safer side too. Among sbi clerk and sbi bank po the difference is level of questions the number of applicants are huge in both the cases as any graduate can take the exam. So go through past year papers of these exams and decide yourself which exam you want to take.

Yes , you can definitely apply for both IBPS PO. The eligibility criteria for IBPS PO with respect to educational qualification is that, a candidate must have done graduation in any discipline or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Final year or final semester candidates are also eligible to apply, however, they can only apply provisionally. Candidate if called for interview, have to produce their passing mark sheet or proof of passing the graduation exam or the provisional certificate. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask.

This year IBPS has announced that there are 4336 vacancies in total for the post of Probationary Officers (PO). The original cut-off for the IBPS PO Mains 2019 exam will be announced soon but the expected cut-off for the exam is mentioned below that are based on various factors:
General - 57 to 62
OBC - 56 to 60
SC/ST - 52 to 55
PwD - 48 to 52
Please note that these are only expected cut-offs and are likely to change. The original cut-off will be nearby this range.
IBPS PO mains consist of 4 sections & Descriptive paper. Quant , Reasoning , General Awareness , English. Considering the difficulty level of the exam , various sites and channels predicted good attempts around 63 -66. If you have attempted around this, I strongly suggest you to start preparation for your next level. That is for your interview phase. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask !

Pre- exam - just go to through basics.
Reasoning - Give online test, it will also help you in main
Quant - Examples of R.S Agrawal
English - just read the newspaper or any news app.
For mains English, General Awareness,Computer they are scoring areas.
Computer - Limited syllabus so all the 20 questions will come from what you have studied. There are many sites who will help you.
General awareness - Go for affaircloud capsule of each month. They compile all the information in much better way although some not so important but they are the best in the business. Just read them twice/capsule. In the final days bankersadda releases a Ibps po capsule memorize it 90% have comes from that capsule.
English - Give mock test join any test series. Don't practice offline it doesn't help trust me. Practice online as much as possible.
Reasoning - Watch YouTube videos for it.especially for tricks In reasoning questions are neither difficult nor easy they are just time consuming. But they are easy to score. Don't get stuck to the questions move on(especially in this section).
Quantitative Aptitude - Only section where you can be 100% sure for accuracy. Do this part in the last 34-40 min. Try beginning from quadratic equations, then series and so on... min. 15 marks you can score easily even if you are weak.
