According to the eligibility criteria of IBPS PO 2020 Exam a candidate below 20 years and a candidate above 30 years are not eligible for this exam.
Seeing your birth date, your age is 31 years now, so, clearly you are not eligible for this Exam.

NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET), is the national level entrance exam conducted every year by one of the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) for taking admissions on merit basis to Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme.
This exam works across the NITs located in Agartala, Allahabad, Kurukshetra, Calicut, Raipur, Warangal, Surathkal, Durgapur, Trichy, Jamshedpur, Bhopal and Kurukshetra.
The application form of NIMCET 2020 will be released soon through which the candidates can fill the form and appear in the entrance exam. NIMCET admit card will also be released to be downloaded by candidates. The exam will be conducted in offline mode and the result of the same will be declared on the official website of NIMCET 2020.
Total 809 seats are available and duration of exam is 2 hours.
NOTE:- NIMCET scores are used by many other universities and institutes for admissions to the MCA programmes offered by them.

The age limit for IBPS PO exam is that the candidate must have been born on or later than August 02, 1989 and on or earlier than August 1, 1999.So unfortunately,you will not be eligible for the exam.Take it light and try for other exams.

It's good that you want to prepare for banking too along with the preparation of cet. See cet syllabus has quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning which is also there in sbi po or clerk so if you want you can prepare for it you'll be on a safer side too. Among sbi clerk and sbi bank po the difference is level of questions the number of applicants are huge in both the cases as any graduate can take the exam. So go through past year papers of these exams and decide yourself which exam you want to take.
