Since you were born on October 5, 1996 , you will be 29 years old in 2025. This means you will not be eligible for these exams under the general category. However, if you belong to a reserved category (like OBC, SC, ST, etc.), you may get age relaxation.

There should be a document proof for your address while you make available the documents for verification at the appropriate time. You can get a notary certificate for your residential address or you can produce the copy of rental agreement along with original agreement wherein the details about your present address are available. No you are not eligible for either SBI Clerk or IBPS PO if you belongs to Unreserved or General category because currently your age is more than 32 years if you was born in 1991 and for SBI Clerk maximum age limit is 28 years and for IBPS Clerk as well it is 20-28 years.

Dear aspirant !

Hope you are doing great ! The ews for central can be made now ,you have enough time ,there are two types of ews certificate ,one for state and other for central ,the limit of amount should not be exceed than 8 lakh for centre but it differs state to state for state ews ,now in jee main form ,submit your declaration form ,can be downloaded from their protal ,make a printout and submit ,and till the time of counselling make your central level ews certificate .
