The BSES STET 2025 Cutoff percentage varies by category. The Bihar STET 2025 exam is held for hiring teachers into secondary schools in the state. The Bihar STET cutoff is the minimum number of marks a candidate should score to qualify in the exam. The BSEB prescribes a set of Qualifying percentages for candidates attempting the exam. In the previous section, while discussing the Bihar STET 2025 Cutoff, we used the term “Normalization”. Here, we elaborate upon the concept a bit more. The Bihar STET exam is conducted over multiple shifts, so it is possible that the question paper for one shift may be more difficult than that of the other. To keep things fair, the BSEB follows a normalization process while deciding the marks. Only the normalized score is compared to the cutoff marks, as opposed to the raw score.
A variation of Z Score Normalization is used in the process of generating the Bihar STET Result 2025. Candidates must note that despite there not being any negative marking in the Bihar STET exam, having many incorrect answers will negatively impact the marks in normalization process.
The BSEB will release the Bihar STET results after the conclusion of exam. The Bihar STET result will be released on the official website, results.biharboardonline.com. To access the results, candidates must login to the website. Candidates must enter their Application number and Date of Birth in the login window. The BSEB STET 2025 Scorecard contains the personal details of the candidate, the paper attempted, subject, total marks, obtained marks, whether or not the candidate has passed and position in the merit list.
Apart from the scorecard, the BSEB will also release the STET 2025 Merit list. The list indicates names of candidates eligible to occupy the Bihar STET Vacancies. Each qualifying candidate will be given a number indicating their place or rank in the merit list. The merit list will contain following information: subject, total number of candidates, present candidates, absent candidates, number of vacancies, selected candidates and vacant seats. Candidates who attempted the exam must revisit their results upon the release of the Bihar STET 2025 Merit List.
The BSEB will release a provisional Bihar STET 2025 Answer key after the Exam. Candidates can challenge the answers given in the Provisional BSEB STET Answer Key. After the objection window is closed, the BSEB will release the final Bihar STET 2025 Answer key. The BSEB STET Answer Keys of past years are also available on the offivial website. Candidates can use the answer key in conjunction with the Bihar STET Question Papers to practice for the exam. The qualifying percentage for a female candidate of the Bihar STET exam is 40% marks.
Candidates who are Indian Citizens, at least 21 years of age, within the age limit prescribed by category and possess the prescribed educational qualifications can attempt the Bihar STET exam.
The BSEB STET Exam has a lifetime validity.
Candidates are selected to occupy the BSEB STET Vacancies based on their performance in the STET exam.
There is no negative marking in the BSEB STET exam. However, a large number of incorrect answers will have a negative impact on the normalization process.
