hello there,i have been through some of the optional took by toppers and mostly public administration is one of the subject .

and its a remainder that whatever would be ur optional its solely depends on u some needs hugee work and some need different thinking criteria .so go with ur interest and firstly read the syllabus and understand which would be easy for u to crack and make it into the top scorers and good ranker.

There are plenty of books available in the market you can grab those like the Indian polity or R.S.Agrawal or ncerts. You can get your books which you will find suitable for you.Also you can grab some spved question paper books to know the syllabus deeply and also the paper pattern and vat-age of topics.

Hello student,

Actually ex-servicemen quota is a special quota comes under the government of India, it can be used during admission in institutes or are any job profiles.

as per the rule reservation to ex-servicemen is available at 10% of vacancies in group c post and 20% in group d post in in Central civil service also.

Actually any person who served in any rank in armed force of India can be a ex serviceman.

Difference between FET and FISLM and their advantage.

Hey!

FET, basically Fellowship Entrance Test is conducted by NBE(National Board of Examinations) for admission to various fellowship programmes that are offered by NBE. Basically, it is an entrance exam to get admission into Post Doctoral FNB programme.

FISLM refers to Faculty council of interdisciplinary Studies, Law and Management. The FISLM courses are affiliated to Faculty Council of Engineering and Technology. This exam offers a degree in M.E. or M.Tech. from Jadavpur University.

you did not mention the exam name which you have applied under west bengal public service commission, however if you are asking about wbcs (west bengal civil service), you can not change the optional subject name once you have final submitted the application form.
