You simply need a graduation in this public service examinations. Upsc accept students from diverse educational background. So don't think that you are not eligible.

UPSC releases the cutoff for all the stages after the final result is declared. UPSC IAS cutoff for prelims as per category is given below. 

Prelims 

Gen - 105.34
