This totally depends upon your convenience. If you are sure your English is good and you can understand questions in it then surely go for English otherwise Hindi. Doesn't matter what you opt English or Hindi. But I would say imporove English.

Marks vary year to year depending upon the difficulty of the exam as well as the number of students appearing . But 160-170+ marks are a good bet for securing a seat in 1 of the aiims institutions
