The college is very good . It accepts a MAT score above 60 . All else depends upon the cut off trends.

OF course, google workers earn more than IAS. The salary of IAS may be maximum 60-70 thousand per month but the worker of google earn more than 2 lakhs per month.
But IAS is a royal job.

The basic eligibility criteria for appearing for UPSC exam (Civil Services) is an undergraduate degree from a university.

Basically its totally same, you cam opt for any combination. But than too its better to go for PCM because maths is very much helpful in every stage of our life so this will help you in both cases. So go for PCM also if you wanted to
I would suggest you to decide first which subject you should take as per your interest, You should follow your interest for it. The degree can be obtained in any stream recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC). For example If you have an interest for Indian Polity, you may take

Cutoff will be around 105-115 Marks in Paper-1 in UPSC Civil Service Examination Preliminary. If you are getting marks around this then keep preparing for UPSC CSE Mains.
