there is no issue for having commerce in 12th you should be glad to know that you have economics which is having a good portion in upsc syllabus,

UPSC is an organisation which conduct civil service exam for the post of IAS, IPS etc.

no problem if you don't want to go for BTech,

firstly don't think that only arts students can easily crack UPSC exam and all because the thing matter is your interest you don't have to only read that subject but have to deeply understand, so, go for such subject
