GSEB (Gujarat Secondary and Higher Education Board) conducts the state level offline test GUJCET (Gujarat Common Entrance Test) for admission to B.E./B.Tech courses in various institutes. If you have completed your graduation in psychology, then you don't need to give GUJCET.

Eligibility Criteria for IAS Exam is:

 You require the NCERT books, depending upon the optional subject you choose.

To appear for UPSC civil service, you just need to have a graduation degree. There is no as such prescribed minimum percentage by the exam conducting authority.

Upsc preparation requires deep learning of topic ,many coaching institutes and youtube channels continuously repeat same previous year study material many reputed institutes does the same and youtube channels too ,this not benefit you for exam because exam questions are modified yearly but institutes repeat old study material.
