The colleges offering BA are so many in hyderabad, but depending upon your stream of course you can find it.But the collges providing IAS with the BA degree are very less but the one which is providing it is St. Benedicts academy.

For preparation of UPSC, i don't think coaching clascla will matter most, I thibt rather than going for the famous exoenexpe coaching classes, go for yhe few unknown ones as you mostly know the course and other stuff. Coaching classes will however provide you content and few doubt
