Whether you should do online coaching or offline coaching should depend on the fact that how much time you are willing to give to the coaching and how far are the coaching centres in your vicinity. No, your graduation marks are not at all going to effect your ias or kas selections. For such competitive exams you only have to score above 55% in your graduation from any stream to appear for these exams.

Your final selection is based on the total marks of written exam (pre+mains)and Interview rounds only.

So, of you had score above 55% in your graduation then,don't worry about your graduation marks.
