From Dec 2019, NTA will conduct the CSIR NET exam on the place of CSIR.

NTA has released the notification for CSIR NET December 2019. Exam will be held on 15th December 2019 and the application process from 9th September 2019.

To do PhD in Computer Science, you have to apply for UGC NET exam. NTA conducts the NET exam in 84 subjects and Computer Science is one of them.

As per the exam guidelines, candidates can apply for the exam with their post-graduation subject or related to that.
