If your name got misspelled then you can ask the organization to correct it. They can only guide you to how to make it correct. write a mail to them regarding the error and ask them to look into the matter as soon as possible and revert the answer

I have selected General-EWS catagory in UGC Net application form.... I have EWS certificate which is issued by Gujarat state government.., is my application rejected if i dont have it in English medium??

If there is any specified format for the category certificate, you must try to get it in that format as it may cause problem during document verification. May be your application form get rejected. You should contact the related office for confirmation .

Cutoff is the minimum marks required in any examination. It is similar to the passing marks that you need in school exams to qualify the examination. So, if you scored less than the cut-off then unfortunatel you aren't eligible to have admission this time.
