Akansha, to be eligble for UGC NET exam, the minimum eligibility criteria is that you should have completed your Post Graduate degree which is atleast 2 years of duration. Post Graduate Diploma is not considered a Post Graduate Degree and so with a Post Graduate Diploma, you unfortunately are not

IGNOU is an UGC approved University. So, if you have master's degree from IGNOU, you can apply for UGC NET. There's no problem in that. The eligibity criteria states that the Candidate must have  have secured atleast 55% in master's degree from a recognised university.

Thank you for your query. According to several websites on UGC NET their is no specific study centre for UGC NET in Yoga. I feel you should try to study from the guides and reference books available on UGC NET Yoga and prepare from that.
