I am belongs to Bc-E category. This is applicable for OBC , In this category I am eligible for only State or total national India . please clear my doubt about this categories. ex : In RRB NTPC NOTIFICATION i am eligible for which category due to Bc-E community????

Juee Hote 16th Sep, 2024

In places like Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the BC-E category is usually used to refer to specific backward classes, especially among Muslim groups.

For reservations in employment and education, this group is often recognised at the state level.Reservation benefits are available solely to OBC categories recognised by the Central Government for national-level tests such as RRB NTPC (Railway Recruitment Board). If the group is not on the Central OBC list, the BC-E category may not be accepted as OBC on a nationwide scale.

Verify if your community is included on the Central OBC list in order to verify your eligibility. This is available on the website of the National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC).BC-E is often valid for reservations within your state for state-level exams. It's crucial to confirm whether your particular subcategory is included in the Central OBC category for reservation purposes before taking national-level exams.

Is OEC Certificate is accepted,or eligible for RRB NTPC and group d. pls give me a correct information about it. how many years will get reservation.

Afreen 23rd Aug, 2024

OEC is a Category stands for Other Eligible Communities is not included in center list so the exam which is conducted on national level dont give reservation to this category students And this is seen in the State of Kerala. However These are the Communities that have been recommended to be added to the State SC and ST list. That is why they are Categorised into OEC (SC) and OEC (ST).

i got a seat in ece (btech) , and on 13th of August there is a physical verification, so my question is are clasess going to start after 13th or i have to wait for a week ?

Shrutika Wahane 8th Aug, 2024

Hello there,

Document verification is a very hectic and long process. There would be so many students who will be waiting for their documents to be verified. Thus, starting the classes on the same day will be not possible. Almost every colleges fix two different dates for the verification and for the commencement of classes.

The institution you've got into will notify you soon after or before the document verification about commencement of classes. They will release their Academic Calendar with all the important dates like holidays, start of classes, date of exams and so on.

I hope this information will be helpful to you.

Kashish Gautam 21st Sep, 2025

Yes, you can apply for the job, but it depends on the specific eligibility criteria mentioned in the job notification. Most jobs after +2 in Arts allow candidates to apply, especially for clerical, administrative, or entry-level government/private positions .

Key Points:

  1. Check Educational Requirement: Some jobs require specific streams (Science/Commerce/Arts), so always read the eligibility criteria carefully.

  2. Age Limit: Ensure you meet the minimum and maximum age limit mentioned in the notification.

  3. Other Criteria: Some jobs may require specific skills like typing, computer knowledge, or language proficiency.

Tip: If the job allows +2 Arts graduates, there is no problem applying. Focus on preparing for the selection process and meeting other requirements.

Question : If $A+B=90^{\circ}$, then the expression $\frac{\cot A}{\cot B}+\cos ^2 A+\cos ^2 B$ is equal to:

Option 1: $\cot ^2 B$

Option 2: $\operatorname{cosec}^2 A$

Option 3: $\cot ^2 A$

Option 4: $\operatorname{cosec}^2 B$

Team Careers360 24th Jan, 2024

Correct Answer: $\operatorname{cosec}^2 A$

Solution : $A+B=90^{\circ}$
$B=90^{\circ}-A$
$\frac{\cot A}{\cot B}+\cos ^2 A+\cos ^2 B$
= $\frac{\cot A}{\cot (90^{\circ}-A)}+\cos ^2 A+\cos ^2 (90^{\circ}-A)$
= $\frac{\cot A}{\tan A}+\cos ^2 A+\sin ^2A$
= $\cot^2 A +1$
= $\operatorname{cosec}^2 A$
Hence,the correct answer is $\operatorname{cosec}^2 A$.
