No you can't apply with another state certificate. They will reject it.
You need to form a new caste certificate from Rajasthan.
They are two different states. The caste certificate made in Up, would be only valid in Up.
While, the caste certificate made in Rajasthan would be acceptable in Rajasthan.

Well the thing is that if you don't have the results out yet still you can apply for any exams or any other entrance or any competitive exam cause you can do that with your last semester results. So you can freely apply the same way.

The criteria to apply for the exam for rajasthan judiciary is that the candidate should hold a degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professional) from any University established by Law in India and recognized.
Therefore it will be better if you fill the form in your last semester or after Completing the course.
