Yes buddy UPSE conducts NDA examinations in 2 phases 1st phase was held on 23rd April and the second phase will line up to held in September and I think the forms for 2nd phase is now available in UPSE online so go ahead

NDA:

It shall not effect your interview. You should be very much clear for the fact that why you are interested in NDA and what are your career aspirations and thats clear. minimum eligibility you have cleared.

Nda doesn't require any percentage it just need that you have passed 12 from a recognised board.
