I would suggest you to prepare the maths first from NCERT books because most of the quetions generally come from NCERT books. Here you can follow the preparation tips for other topics:
Class 12th books must be referred for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry sections and Class 10th books for Biology,
Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for NDA examination and girls are not allowed for the NDA entrance examination.

Age Limits: Minimum Age: 16.5 years and Maximum Age: 19.5 years.
Gender: Only male candidates are eligible to apply for NDA.
Educational Qualification:
Army Wing of National Defence Academy: Candidates applying for this, must have passed class 12/HSC in 10+2 pattern of
NDA-1 and 2, is already over and the results for NDA 2 is expected to be declared in the November- December month.
As per NDA eligibility criteria, one must be not more than 19.5 years of age. You can apply after 12th class for NDA exam.
