To be eligible to appear for NDA exam candidates must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age. Candidates must not be born earlier than July 2, 2000 and not later than July 1 2003. To know more about NDA Eligibility criteria - Click here

Yes, you're eligible to apply for the NDA NA examination.
You should be able to submit proof of passing the board examination with the original certificate at the time of the SSB interview.
You can also appear for this exam after your boards
