yes. you are mostly eligible. the eligibility is 16.5 yrs of age to 19.5 yrs at the time of joining. every year the UPSC will release the age eligibility . so i recommend you to just verify once more when it is released in 2022.

NO!

You cannot appear for NDA just after your 10th standard. There are age criteria and minimum educational background criteria that you will need to fulfill before appearing for the NDA exam.

Your age should be between 16.5 years to 19.5 years which I wont think is possible

Yes, you should start preparing from 11th. In NDA written examination both 11th and 12th knowledge matters. First of all you need to aware of NDA syllabus.

Practice all the math topics from textbooks. Also follow other reference books as well. in the meantime you can also start preparing

for NDA exam you have to be 16.5 yrs old. so by 2021 you will be 16.5 yrs. and also you will finish your class 12. so you can write NDA 1 2021 to NDA 2 2023. you totally have 6 more attempts. you are eligible till your 19.5
