if I fill wrong Percentage can I get application of ibps po what I have to face if its only an attempt to know about the toughness of the exam

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 14th Aug, 2020

There is nothing but a legal action that might be in place and then you might be barred from attempting any further such exams. Divya, what we need to remember is that Eligibility criteria cannot be tampered with and they are in place for a reason. If you want to know the difficulty of the exam, you need to practise mock tests. But not tamper with the System in place. If you haven't completed your final year or you will not be completing your Final year before August 28th, you cannot fill in the application form. By trying to fill the application form with wrong details, you are putting your whole career at stake. By being tempted to appear for this year's exam which you are not qualified for, you are in turn putting your entire career and dreams at stake. Once it is understood that you do not fulfil the eligibility criteria and you entered wrong information, your Candidature might stand cancelled and you might never be allowed to appear for IBPS PO Exam. The rest we leave it to your decision.

what will happen if I apply to ibps po even I am not a final year passed out if I a qualify prelims may I eligible to write mains at the time of joining I would complete by degree is it aapplicable

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 14th Aug, 2020

Divya, The official notification does mention that the Candidate should have a Degree in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India. It also mentions that the Candidate must possess valid marks sheet or Degree Certificate by the day he/she registers for the exam. The notification clearly mentions that the final results should have been declared on or before August 28th, 2020. But if your exams have not been conducted yet, the possibilities of your results being announced before August 28th, 2020 are nil and so unfortunately you may not appear for IBPS 2020. You may have to wait until next year. But if you go ahead and fill in the application form, you will not get the admit card or hall ticket because you haven't fulfilled the eligibility criteria. And so you wont be able to appear for the exam even if you fill the application form.

Hello,

Candidates who have passed their bachelor's degree from a recognised board and candidates who are in their final year of qualifying exam are eligible to apply for IBPS PO 2020. Candidates who are in their final year must obtain their results on or before August 28, 2020. You still need to appear in one exam in 6th semester and you still have to pass in the subjects of 5th semester. Your results might not be released on or before August 28, 2020. So you are not eligible to apply for it. But if you obtain your results by August 28, 2020 you can apply if you pass your bachelor's degree

I will get my results on 15th September 2020. Can I still apply??

pdwords Student Expert 5th Aug, 2020
Hello,

As per the official notification released by IBPS  for recruitment of its probationary officers, "it states final year results of the candidates should be declared on or before 26th August,2020". So, if your results get declared in the month of September, you don't meet this criteria and cannot apply for the same. You can apply it next year, or more better if you fulfill the eligibility criteria of RBI Grade B Officer, apply for this one, it's a highly reputed post among all the banking exams, and it's notification isn't released yet, comparatively this is quite tough exam more so because of its second stage exam.
