Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 28 years
So you can apply for the exam if you are twenty years old.

As per official statement of IBPS Clerk regarding educational eligibility, it states the following-
The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he/ she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
All the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies and the final result should have been declared on or before 09.10.2019 .
Proper document from Board / University for having declared the result on or before 09.10.2019 has to be submitted at the time of joining. The date of passing the eligibility examination will be the date appearing on the mark-sheet or provisional certificate issued by University/ Institute. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University/ Institute and web based certificate is issued then proper document/certificate in original issued and signed by the appropriate authority of the University/ Institute indicating the date of passing properly mentioned thereon will be reckoned for verification and further process.
As you can see clearly that all eligibility are to be met on or before 9th october, and you're in 6th sem and yet to give finals and results to be declared afterwards, you can try next year.
Dear Vishal, a financial year starts on April 1st and ends on March 31st of the next year. So at present, we are in the financial year of 2019 and this will end by March 2020. So you will not have the income certificate for the Financial year that is yet to be completed. So you will have to submit the Financial year 2018-19 income returns.

The Minimum Age Limit is 20 Years and the Maximum age limit is 28 years for ibps clerk exam .However, there is upper age relaxation for many categories . For example, for the domicile of Jammu and Kashmir there's an age relaxation of 5 years and you being a domicile of jammu and Kashmir enjoy this reservation so you are eligible for ibps clerk exam till you are 33 years old , according to your date of birth you are 30 year old right now, so you are definitely eligible for ibps clerk exam.

Dear Mathi, for being eligible for IBPS a Candidate should be between 20-30 years. But there is a relaxation of 3 years for Candidates belonging to OBC Category. As of now, though you are 31 years because you belong to OBC Category, you can avail the age relaxation benefit and therefore be eligible for IBPS. In short, you are eligible for IBPS.
For the IBPS clerk exam, the state official language is tested during the language proficiency test (LPT) .
The state being Assam you will be tested on the official Assamese and thus do not need to learn Bodo since you are fluent in Assamese.
