Right now you are approx. 24+ years old and according to your age you are only eligible for OTA (Men's) /(Women's) through CDS 2022 courses so you can appear for CDS 2022 only for OTA (Men's)/(Women's) course and for your reference the age criteria for different courses is mentioned below :-
>> Indian Military Academy - 19 to 24 years
>> Indian Naval Academy - 19 to 24 years
>> Air Force Academy - 20 to 24 years
>> Officers' Training Academy (Men) - 19 to 25 years
>> Officers Training Academy (Women, Non-Technical) - 19 to 25 years
Apart from the age criteria there are some other parameters upon which your eligibility will be determined like your educational qualification which goes like :-
**Indian Military Academy - Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or equivalent institute
**Indian Naval Academy - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/ College
**Air Force Academy - Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor degree in engineering

For AFCAT
Yes definitely you will be eligible for AFCAT 2022 but only for Ground Duty (Non-Technical). because otherwise the age limit is 20-24 years and for Ground Duty (Non-Technical). age limit is till 26 years.

To appear for AFCAT a candidate must have passed 3 year Bachelors Degree in any discipline or 4 year B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% aggregate marks from a recognized board. In addition to it the candidate must have studied Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level and must have scored minimum 50% marks individually in Mathematics and Physics. Candidates passing in the following examination are also eligible to apply
So if you have passed B.E/B.Tech Computer Science Engineering and scored 60% marks then you are eligible to apply for AFCAT provided you must fulfill the age criteria as well. You can check eligibility criteria on the official website

AFCAT IS CONDUCTED BY INDIAN AIR FORCE AND IS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE COMPLETED GRADUATION WITH 60 PERCENT.IT INCLUDES TECHNICAL BRANCH ,FLYING BRANCH AND GROUND DUTY NON TECHNICAL BRANCH
You can join as an AE (L) [Aeronautical Engineer Electronics] technical officer. Apart from Technical Entry, you could always go for Flying Branch or Ground Duty and join IAF.

Yes, you will be eligible to apply for AFCAT but you can select the posts under Ground Duty Non-Technical only. You must have passed minimum 3 years Bachelors Degree in any field with minimum 60% from a recognized board. B.El.Ed is a four year course so your degree is valid for you to appear for AFCAT. While applying for AFCAT you have to provide your preferences of the post, as said earlier you can select the posts under Ground Duty Non-Technical such as accounts, administration etc. You can check the eligibility criteria for all the posts using the link below

There is no such EKT EXAM conducted for civil Engineering branch.
It is not included as Educational Qualification for Technical duty. Therefore candidates who have Civil branch, do not have to appear for the EKT Exam.
Generally there are four branches of engineering for which EKT exam in conducted ;
1). Electronics and Communication
2). Mechanical branch
3). Computer science and IT
4). Electrical branch
Apart from this , a civil engineer is eligible for the Ground duty (non tech) as well as for flying branch. For both of these one doesn't need to give EKT exam.
If we talk about the general syllabus for AFCAT EXAM so it's mentioned below;
(a) English. Comprehension, Error Detection, Sentence Completion/Filling in of correct word, Synonyms, Antonyms and Testing of Vocabulary, Idioms and Phrases
(b) General Awareness. History, Geography, Civics, Politics, Current Affairs, Environment, Basic Science, Defence, Art, Culture, Sports, etc
(c) Numerical Ability. Decimal Fraction, Time & Work, Average, Profit & Loss, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion and Simple Interest, Time & Distance (Trains/Boats & Streams)
