My graduation year is on June 2022. because of one backlog I had to clear it on December 2022. I.e I took one extra semester to clear my backlog . Am I eligible to apply for Ssc cgl and defence service SSB( AFCAT,navy,army). took an extra sem to clear, will it affect applying from this exams?

As long as you cleared that backlog, it shouldn't be a problem and you can definitely apply for exams like SSC CGL.
