I assume that you are asking about AFCAT application. In that case , for graduation , being a final student, you can write the marks or percentage secured by you till the previous semester or year means if it is a 3 year course then enter the percentage secured till the 4th semester or 5th semester (if it has been declared). If it is CGPA then you have to convert into percentage . Only unmarried candidates between the age of 20-24 are eligible to apply. Also note that you should not have any backlogs at the time of AFSB Testing and should produce the degree certificate issued by the University as per the date stipulated in the notification.

Hello,
Candidates who are in final year of the qualifying exam must enter their aggregate percentage until the semester or year for which the results were declared. If it is 3 year B.Sc then you need to enter the aggregate percentage that you have scored until 2nd year or 4th semester whichever is applicable (or 5th semester if the results are declared). If CGPA is given then you need to convert it into percentage as per the formula specified by your institute or university. If there is no formula then you need to multiply the CGPA obtained by the maximum CGPA and multiply it with 100 and obtain the percentage.
No you cannot apply for AFCAT as the age limit to be eligible for AFCAT is that the candidate should be between 20 years - 24 years for Flying Branch and 20 years - 26 years for Technical and Non-technical Branches and the minimum education qualification required to be eligible for AFCAT is that the candidate should have completed graduation. So no you are not eligible for AFCAT. Indian Air Force (IAF) mentioned the eligibility criteria of AFCAT 2021 in its official notification. Candidates who fulfill the AFCAT 2021 eligibility criteria can apply for the AFCAT 2021. So first you need to complete you graduation and reach the age of minimum 20 years you are not eligible for AFCAT.
