Air Force Common Admission Test
Hi,
As per the official notification, for Ground branch Candidate must be born between 1 January, 1996 to 1 January 2002. For flying branch, candidates must be born between 1 January 1998 to 1 January 2002. You have mentioned that your age is more than 23, but not have specified the number. If your age is between 20-24 then only you can appear for AFCAT. During the time of joining, candidates must be 24 or less. Maybe during the training time you will exceed the age limit that may be the reason for non-eligibility. You can look for ground duty.

Educational Qualification for AFCAT
Hope it Helps,
Thank you.
Well level of mathematics in AFCAT is not difficult. But there are some calculative questions are asked but you can eliminate them by approximation.
Considering if you are beginner and starts from zero then you should start preparing each topic one by one from youtube. You don't need to bother about whether teacher is of defence background or not you just need to complete each topic. One important thing is you don't need to prepare for advance math basic arithmetic is more than enough. Complete the syllabus as early as possible and start practicing for that .
All The Best.
INET stands for - Indian Navy Entrance Test.
AFCAT stands for - Air Force Common Admission Test.
as name suggest - 1st one is for Navy & later one is for Air force.
Syllabus wise no major difference. Nearly same.
Rather, I found INET easier as compared to AFCAT.

Under CDS, female candidates are only eligible for training in OTA(Officers Training Academy, Chennai). So, for OTA the female candidates need to be between 19-25 years of age. Also, the female candidates need to be either unmarried, widow or divorced. While, joining the academy, you must be 25 years of age. So, if during joining time, your age will be more than 25 years of age, you will be no longer eligible.
For AFCAT, female candidates age should be between 20-24 years for sitting into the AFCAT examination. If, you sit for AFCAT, next year, you will not be eligible for it.
