Hope you are doing great. If you are pursuing btech then after finishing it you can apply for all those exam of defence which need graduation like cda,afcat and also other than defence you can apply for CGL,upsc ,SI etc and if your age is 16.5 to 19.5 them you can apply for nda, xgroup etc .

Eligibility criteria for IAF AFCAT is as follows: FOR A GRADUATE:
As a Graduate/ Engineer, you can enter the Flying branch through the Air Force Academy. The following are the three modes of entry for Graduates/ Engineers to join the Flying branch:
FOR MEN AND WOMEN:
If you are an NCC Special Entry candidate then you require minimum of 50% in each Maths and Physics at 10+2 Examination level.
If you are a graduate and an SCC Candidate then the above criteria applies and you need to have 60% or equivalent marks at the time of graduation.

Yes, you are for AFCAT Ground Duly (Non-local) if you have passed Bachelor's degree from a recognized board. In Ground Duty (Non-Technical) you are eligible to apply for ADMINISTRATION BRANCH and LOGISTICS BRANCH. The eligibility criteria is that you must have passed Bachelor's Degree (Minimum three year degree course) in any discipline from a recognized university with 60% marks or equivalent or cleared section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent. The age must be in between 20 to 26 Years for Graduates and Post Graduates (at the time of commencement of course). Candidates below the age of 25 years must be Unmarried.
To be eligible for AFCAT you must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics with minimum 50% aggregate marks in each subject from a recognized board. You must have also passed 3 year Bachelor's Degree or 4 year B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% aggregate marks from a recognized board or University. You may not have studied Mathematics/Physics in 10+2 level so you will not be eligible to appear for AFCAT. If you have studied Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level and score minimum 50% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics individually you are eligible to apply provided you must have passed Bio-Technology with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

In order to to be eligible for AFCAT, there are certain physical requirements. You need to be physically fit. At the same time, your height must be at least 162.5 cm if you want to join the flying branch. But for AFCAT ground batch, the minimum height is 152 cm.
So, you are not eligible for the AFCAT flying branch.

The eligible criteria to be eligible to appear for AFCAT for Ground Duty is that a candidate must have passed 3 year Bachelors Degree or 4 year B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% aggregate marks from a recognized board depending on the post applied for. Candidate must have studied Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level and scored minimum 50% aggregate marks individually. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination that is Bachelor's Degree are also eligible to apply for AFCAT. You are eligible to appear for AFCAT when you are in 4th year of Engineering. If you are in second year of Engineering you are not eligible to appear for AFCAT.
