Yes, as per the notification released by the exam conducting body there will be an exam centre in Meerut for CTET 2019. The address of the venue will be mentioned on the admit card.

Yes you can apply for CTET 2019 having only Aadhar Card as an identity proof.
Aadhar Card is acceptable as an identity proof by many examinations all over India.

You can apply for CTET if you have Graduated with at least 50% marks and are still pursuing or have completed your 1-year B.Ed degree for both, the Primary as well as the Elimentary Teaching level. Since, for the entrance exam they are only looking at your basic qualification, that is, your nationality, year of B.Ed degree that you have already graduated in or are currently pursuing, you will not face any problems in appyling for the exam.

A panel will sit and decide on all the objections raised. The final answer key will be released by the panel thereafter. Post the final answer key, no more objections can be raised, according to the official notification. If the Board finds any mistake, it will not only issue a new notification but also refund the fee of the concerned will also be refunded.
No further steps will be taken just that after final answer release no further communication will be entertained.
For the general category it is a safe to say that a score of 60 percentage and above is stamped as pass for the course.
