Ashish Pal Student Expert 4th Oct, 2019

Hello Mahboob.

You are asking an incomplete or improper question.

As of now Aadhar card is mandatory in most of the exams similarly for CTET you have to fill your Aadhar card also and talking about is it valid or not. If you fill up your correct details in the form then it is of course valid.

Ok good luck

i have passed my degree in bsc by 50%. and i have 1and 3 months experience in teaching, in cambridge board. hence is there any chance for me to get selected as i havent done my b.ed yet?

pdwords Student Expert 19th Sep, 2019
Hello,

For a candidate to be eligible for CTET for primary and elementary stage, doing BEd or DEd  is compulsory, experience doesn't count here nor is it part of eligibility criteria.

You can only appear for CTET or any other state level TET, after completion of teacher's training program such as BEd, DEd etc.

Ankhi Banerjee 18th Sep, 2019

Hi,

The CTET exam is conducted for employing primary teachers i.e. from class 1 to 5 and elementary teachers i.e. from class 6 to 8.

Going by the information which you have said, for paper 1 you are eligible as out of the 5 eligibility criterias you have to fulfill one which says that you need to score atleast 45% or 50% in your higher secondary. For paper 2 i.e. elementary teacher, there are 6 eligibility criteria out of which you need to fulfill one. One of them says that you need to have a graduation certificate while the other says to have passed senior secondary with 50% which you have already fulfilled. There are other parameters as well such as A degree or diploma in teacher education which must be recognized by NCTE, in case of a Diploma or Degree in Special Education, the programs recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) will be considered and Candidates with D.ed (Special Education) will have to undergo an NCTE recognized 6-month special programme in elementary education.

How Can I prepare for CTET Examination?

manisha.gupta 18th Sep, 2019

Hello Aspirant,

Here is some preparation tips you can follow for the exam preparation:

You can go through the exam pattern and syllabus for better preparation. This competition exam is quite tough so you have to prepare in advance so to develop good command over the fundamentals of paper selected.

You must solve previous years'question papers. This will help you in knowing the exam well and also help you to finish the exam in the given time.

You must start preparation with the easiest portion. Also, You should divide your time equally between all the sections.

Do not start any new topic at the last moment. That will only create confusion.

Make a proper routine and follow that strictly.

Good Luck!
