Hi,

Well if you still have the option of correction then do correct that otherwise if not then I do not think that it will create that much of a problem, your pincode being wrong in the details section. Just talk to the authorities once about this.

Yes, for 2020 you have Deled  from nios then you can write Ctet exam for becoming a teacher in bihar.

Good evening, I cleared my CTET PAPER 1 in the year 2015.. I have been placed in a Diocese school. Should I write CTET once the validity period is over or qualifying one time is enough... Plz let me know.

Hi catherine,

There is no upper limits in the number of attempts a person could take for the CTET but yes they do impose validity period for CTET certificate which is seven years from the date of their issuence. So no need arises for you to appear again as your certificate is valid till 2022.

Hi Riya,

Here is the general eligibility criteria for CTET.

For CTET Paper (Primary Stage):

  • A candidate must have passed class 12th with at least 50% marks and must have passed or must be appearing in the final year of a 2-year diploma either in Elementary Education or Special Education.

OR

  • At least 50% marks in class 12th and must have passed or must be appearing in the last year of a 4-year Bachelor’s in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)

OR

  • Graduation with aggregate 50% marks or more and a Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed.) degree.

For CTET Paper II (Secondary Stage) the candidate needs to :

  • have graduation in any discipline and the candidate must have passed or must be appearing in the final year of a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education

OR

  • Either 50% marks in graduation and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. course or  45% marks in graduation and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. course in accordance with NCTE Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

OR

  • At least 50% marks in class 12th and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.El.Ed.

OR

  • 50% marks or more in class 12th and passed or appearing in the final year of B.A./ B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./ B.Sc.Ed or at least 50% marks in graduation and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

Yes definitely your Ctet certificate is valid.. according to latest SUPREME COURT ORDER for validation for tet/ctet..

Supreme court said that..the students who have in first semester or second semester… your Ctet /tet certificate is valid. No government or ugc can denied to accept it.

dear sir i have paid the fee through scanning the code from mobiles bhim pay account but i didnt get any confirmation page or any mail the status shows i need to pay the fee. amount is successfully deducted from my account towards ctet

see some times it needs time to update your application details, so wait for 3-4 days, if it  remains same you need to  contact with the exam control authority or help desk person relating  your issue.

You're eligible for CTET exam paper-2 but not eligible fro paper-1 exam. (If you've 50% marks in bachelors)

The eligibility criteria fro paper-2 is given below:

  • A graduate degree in the relevant discipline must be obtained.
  • Also, the candidate must have passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

OR

  • A bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks must be acquired.
  • Aspirants must have completed 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

OR

  • Graduation with at least 45% marks must be done in relevant discipline.
  • He/she must also complete a year in Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

OR

  • Candidates must pass Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks
  • Also, they must have either passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

  • Candidates must have passed senior secondary or equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
  • Along with it, they must have passed or should be appearing in the final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

OR

  • Aspirants must have done graduation with at least 50% marks.
  • Also, they should have passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

It might be that the college in which you have studied in not recognised by NCTE.Once check the recognition of your college by using the link below

Select the state and after a new page will appear select your course and check.
