Dear Rajni, for being eligible for CDS1 2020, a Candidate should be minimum 19 years old and should not have exceeded beyond 25 years as on January 2020. Youbwill be approximately 24 years and few months old and so you will be eligible for CDS1 2020.

According to you,your age right now is 23 years and for OTA your age should lie between 19 to 25 years and the CDS exam helds twice in a year.So this means you are having 5 attempts left including the november exam of cds 2019.So start preparing for it and

No their is no eligibility cutoff of UPSC CDS exam. The candidate has to just pass class 12th with physics and mathematics as subjects. And should have passed the respective degree.

You're eligible for Ground Duty(Non-Technical) Branch if you have passed graduation with 60%, all other post in AFSAT specifically asks for 60% in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level, which I don't think you qualify since you mention that you have completed your 12th Standard in Arts Stream.
