Ofcourse you can give cds exam until the age of 25 years if you have completed your graduation.there is no best year for attempting any exam it depends on your preparation if you are confident that you are going to crack the exam go for it dont waste your time

i have extra thumb on my left hand alike Hrithik Roshan. i am willing to apply for CDS . so during medical exams will i be considered unfit? because google shows polydactyly is permanent rejection but i am right handed and that thumb feels very normal to me and i feel fit
