By 2023 you will be of approx. 25 years old and according to your age you will only be eligible for Officers Training Academy (Women, Non-Technical) through CDS 2023 so you can appear for CDS 2023 for aforesaid course and for your reference the age criteria for different courses is mentioned below :-

Yes , absolutely yes it is valid.
UPSC conducts CDS examination and UPSC allows its candidates to give the examination by doing single sitting graduation. The exam just requires a bachelors degree and age criteria.
So yes, one sitting degree is eligible for CDS examination.

Yes definitely you will be eligible for AFCAT 2022 but only for Ground Duty (Non-Technical). because otherwise the age limit is 20-24 years and for Ground Duty (Non-Technical). age limit is till 26 years.
