Yes you can.
Combined defines exam is an exam conducted for recruiting offices to army, air force and Navy. It is conducted by UPSC. Recruitment of the candidates are to Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy. Candidates who have completed their bachelor's degree from a recognised board are eligible for applying.
It doesn't matter your subject in 12th or degree for applying the exam. Minimum qualification for CDS exam is a bachelor's degree.
Hence, you are eligible.

Hope you are absolutely fine, as you mentioned that you born in 30 June 1999, Yes!!! you are eligible to sit in UPSC CDS 2023 examination. According to official you must be born between 2nd July 1999 and 1st July 2005, as per this you are eligible to attend CDS 2023
AGE LIMIT for CSD 2023: Your age must be in the range of 19-13 years.
and, for Indian Air force academy your age must be in 20-24 years
For Indian Naval Academy/Indian Military Academy your age must be in 19-24 years
and, for Officers Training Academy your age must be in 19 to 25 years.

Mathematics is not a compulsory subject in CDS OTA, whereas it is a compulsory subject in CDS IMA/ INA/ AFA courses.
If from biology stream you can go for CDS OTA.

I fear if your eyesight is 6/18 and 6/24, you might not be eligible for CDS because the eyesight must be 6/6 without glasses. It should be under 6/12 if one is wearing glasses. However, candidates with glasses can not join the Air Force branch.
Eye correction surgery could be one option if you are above 20.

By September 2023, you will be of 23 years old and for IMA course the age limit is 19 to 24 years so you will be eligible for IMA course through CDS 2023 examination.
Also note that to pursue IMA through CDS one should have Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or equivalent institute.
